Refund Policy

Returns within 14 days

We offer the option to return goods within 14 days of delivery. This means that from the moment you receive your parcel, you have 14 days to request a return.

Returns are free of charge for the customer. Goods may be returned at the store’s expense via the Packeta service through the website https://returns.packeta.com.

The return process can be started:

through the customer account,

via the link in the order confirmation email,

or by following the instructions the customer receives when filling out the return form at https://returns.packeta.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, meaning unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and with the 360Tag security element intact. Proof of purchase must also be included, either physical or electronic (invoice in the email).

Goods sent back without first creating a return request may not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if the product has not been worn, has not been used, and the 360Tag security element is not damaged. The fastest way to get a different size or variant is to return the original item and, once the return has been approved, place a new order.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

If the goods are delivered to countries within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or return your order within 14 days of delivery, even without stating a reason. In this case as well, the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them, meaning unworn, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will inform you whether the return has been approved. If the refund is approved, the money will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may still take some additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
