We are currently offering an extended return period of 30 days from the day you receive your order. This is a voluntary promotion beyond the statutory period, not a legal obligation.

What this means in practice:

• We may withdraw the promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Withdrawing the promotion has no retroactive effect. If you placed your order while the promotion was running, you keep the full 30-day period even after the promotion ends.
• What counts is the date you placed the order, not the date of delivery or the date you return the goods.
• If the promotion is not running, the standard statutory period of 14 days applies.
• The extended period concerns only how long you have to withdraw. All other conditions below — condition of the goods, exceptions, how refunds are processed — apply unchanged.

We state whether the promotion is currently running on this page. If you are unsure which period applies to your order, email us at info@marcelpourmoi.com and we will check it against your order number.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason (extended period under the promotion above; the statutory period is 14 days). The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.

Your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU remains fully intact at all times, regardless of whether the promotion is running. Consumers habitually resident in another country retain the rights granted to them by the mandatory provisions of that country.

How to withdraw

You can withdraw:

• by email to info@marcelpourmoi.com — an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing from the contract is sufficient (you may use the model form below),
• through your customer account,
• through the link in your order confirmation email.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay.

Please send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after withdrawing. Return shipping is free — once your return request is created, you will receive shipping instructions via the Packeta service at https://returns.packeta.com. You may also return the goods by your own means to: marcel s.r.o., Mateja Bela 846/8, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (in that case you bear the cost of return shipping).

Trying the goods on and diminished value

You may try the goods on at home just as you would in a shop. The 360Tag security element does not get in the way — please do not remove it, and keep the tags and original packaging; it makes processing your return easier.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (in particular wearing, washing, removing the 360Tag or the tags, soiling or damage). In such a case we are entitled to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the diminished value, up to the purchase price.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please note that, depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take a few more days to appear. If more than 15 working days have passed since you returned the goods and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@marcelpourmoi.com.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Withdrawal is not possible for goods made to your specific requirements or made to measure, or for personalised goods. If you are unsure whether an exception applies to your product, email us at info@marcelpourmoi.com.

Exchanging a size or variant

The fastest way to get a different size or variant is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Please check your order on delivery. If an item is faulty or damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us without delay at info@marcelpourmoi.com — we will assess the situation and resolve it as a warranty claim.

Liability for defects is governed by law and is unrelated to the withdrawal period. Your rights in respect of faulty goods apply regardless of whether the extended-period promotion is running.
