Returns & Withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you, or a person designated by you, received the goods. The deadline is met if you send us your withdrawal notice on or before the last day of the period.
You can withdraw:
- via your customer account,
- via the link in your order confirmation e-mail,
- by e-mail to info@marcelpourmoi.com (you may use the model form below).
Please send the goods back to us within 14 days of withdrawal. Returns are free of charge — once your return request is created, you will receive instructions for sending the goods via Packeta at https://returns.packeta.com. You may also return the goods by your own means to: marcel s.r.o., Mateja Bela 846/8, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (in that case, you bear the cost of the return shipment).
Trying on the goods & diminished value
You may try the goods on at home just as you would in a store. The 360Tag protective element does not interfere with trying items on — please do not remove it, and keep the tags and original packaging in place; this makes processing your return easier.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (in particular wearing, washing, removal of the 360Tag or labels, soiling or damage). In such cases, we are entitled to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods, up to the full purchase price.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (up to the amount of the least expensive delivery method we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may need several additional days to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since you returned the goods and you have still not received your refund, contact us at info@marcelpourmoi.com.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or made to measure, and to personalised products. If you are unsure whether an exception applies to your product, contact us at info@marcelpourmoi.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or variant is to return the original item and place a new order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@marcelpourmoi.com — we will assess and resolve the issue as a warranty claim.
